El Ranchito ("we," "us," "our") operates elranchitoatx.com and provides live-cooking taco catering for private parties and events in the Austin, Texas area. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
When you submit our booking form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, event date, guest count, ZIP code, protein and tortilla preferences, optional add-ons, and any notes you include. We do not ask for or collect payment or financial information through this website.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your party request, prepare a quote, and coordinate your event. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Our booking form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers your submission to us by email. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to the transmission of that data; you can review their policy at formspree.io.
We also use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel on this site to measure how visitors use our site and to help us run more relevant advertising. The Pixel may collect standard technical information about your visit (such as pages viewed and general device/browser information) and, where enabled, a cryptographically hashed version of identifying details you enter in our form (such as email or phone number) to help match visits to advertising outcomes.
